Located in Bordj El Kiffan, our project, Palais 01, is a luxury residence close to the “La Rive Verte” beach. Comprising two blocks of apartments, it offers a wide range of accommodation, from spacious F2s to refined F3s and F4s. Comfort and safety are at the heart of our design, with secure underground parking, a video surveillance system, and two water tanks for efficient resource management.
